Shipping Delays: Delays may occur due to raw material shortages, production limitations, or carrier issues. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Please check your email (or spam) for status updates.
Same-Day Orders: Same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check and confirm your shipping information. Regenerations Warehouse and Regenerations Body Company is not responsible for lost orders or samples due to an incorrect addresses.
Address Changes After Shipment: If your order has already shipped and requires an address update, additional carrier fees may apply. Please note that changes are not always possible and could delay delivery.
Missing Packages Without Signature: If you opt out of requiring a signature and your package goes missing, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
Order Finalization: Once your order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be updated or canceled.
Tracking Information: Shipment and tracking details will be emailed within 24–48 business hours after your order has shipped.
